T&C'S

ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment and arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment and if you are running late please contact me as we may still be able to go ahead with the treatment, if not this may result in your appointment being cancelled and will need to reschedule.

If your due to have a wax, please arrive wearing/bring loose comfortable clothing, wearing tight clothing can cause irritation to the waxed area and can also promote ingrown hairs.

If your a new brow client, I generally prefer when you come in with brow makeup on as this gives me a really good insight into how you like to style and colour them and then i incorporate my brow skills to give you a lush brow,

i will give them a good scrub before we begin.

if you are have a MILLION DOLLAR TREATMENT' wearing little to no makeup is kindly asked as this takes up valuable 'GLOW' time!!

APPOINTMENTS

Once you have booked any appointment you can easily check, amend, reschedule, & cancel your appointment by logging in online!

When booking a brow lamination or any tinting treatments make sure you book your patch test at the same time!

CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

You are more than entitled to cancel or reschedule your appointment! you can do this yourself by logging in to your account when you made the booking. However, NO cancellations and rescheduling within the 24 hour period prior to our appointment!

this can be very frustrating as this can be an appointment for someone else and is a loss of money/time.

PATCH TESTING

Patch test is required 24 hours minimum before any tinting treatments or 48 hours minimum for lamination treatments. They must be booked before booking an appointment, if not patch is booked i will contact you to get this booked in as this is a vital part of the treatment. Its part of beauty trade standards, insurance purposes and of course your safety that we patch test you on my products, no matter of having the treatment or patch test done elsewhere, we may use different products and other factors can promote a reaction. always best to be safe than sorry :)

Thank you so much
